How To Meditate in Just One Minute in Meditation

learn the one minute trick to meditate quickest way in meditation
Sometimes there are times when you know you need to meditate and generally unwind yourself but you simply don't have the time to spare. Even with a relatively quick meditation you're looking at 15 minutes upwards and that just doesn't fit in with your schedule.
Which is where a one minute meditation comes in handy.
It does what it says on the tin - lets you meditate in as little as a minute. Sure, you won't go as deep into a meditative state as you would with a longer meditation, that's just not possible in the space of 60 short seconds. But it is possible to achieve a state of meditation in this short a time frame. In fact, it will probably take you longer to read how to go through the process than it will to actually do the meditation!
The aim of a one minute meditation is to allow you to take a breathing space from the pressures of your everyday life. It will use breathing because that's the simplest way to fit it into your schedule.
Chances are that it takes you around 5 seconds to take in a long, deep breath, hold it momentarily and then exhale.
Which means that you've got at most twelve of these cycles to achieve your goal of a one minute meditation.
As you breathe in, imagine that the air you are inhaling is also bringing a purifier effect into your body. It's freshening everything that comes into contact with it. Either directly - your nostrils, your wind pipe, your lungs - or indirectly once it's been absorbed into your bloodstream, putting it into contact with every other part of your body.
When you exhale, imagine all the impurities and stresses leaving your body on that out-breath. Maybe even visualize these unwanted extras flying out on the gust of breath that happens as you exhale.
Do this a few times and you will be amazed at just how helpful it is.
Using a one minute meditation on a regular basis is fun and beneficial.
